Class Handout: Massage Oils, Body Powders & Milk Baths

by Lori Nova Endres

This Class Handout is a digital download. Once purchased, you will find the link to access your document on your MY ACCOUNT page.

A warm oil massage, soothing milk bath, and then a sprinkling of scented powder….heaven!

Whether you’re looking to pamper yourself, or make some gifts to share, this Class Handout will give you all the information and recipes you need to make these 100% natural products that are sure to be appreciated.

First, we explain how to make Sensual Massage Oils scented with pure essential oils, made with all-natural vegetable/nut oils (no petroleum-based mineral oil here). Learn which essential oils are good to put you and your partner in the right mood for romance. (wink, wink)

Then, we show how to make Scented Shimmery Body Powders (without harmful talc) that help neutralize odors and gently scent your skin (with or without subtle shimmer).

And last but not least, you’ll learn how to make Soothing Herbal Milk Baths for baby-soft skin. The lactic acid in milk is a mild exfoliant that helps to reveal fresh, smooth skin. Dried herbs & essential oils can be added to enhance the aromatic experience & healing properties of the product. Milk has been used in skin care for thousands of years. Cleopatra was famous for her aromatic milk baths, to which she attributed her renowned powers of charm and seduction. Ooh la la!
