How to Pay with a Credit Card or Paypal
We accept credit card payments through our website, using our credit card processor PayPal. To pay with a credit card (or your PayPal account), visit the individual description page, select any options required, and click “add to bag.” When you are ready to check out, just click on the little shopping bag at the top of the page and then proceed to check out. Continue to follow the prompts to complete your payment. We accept all major credit cards. Once your payment goes through, you should receive an instantaneous e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please Contact Us or call 510-234-5700 to confirm receipt of your payment.
Lost Handouts / Reprints
We could be kept busy at least one day per week responding to email and filling requests to replace lost handouts. So, due to the large number of requests we receive, here is our handout reprint policy: If you have taken a class within the last 12 months and lost your handout (your dog ate it, it flew out of your convertible, etc.) we will send you a replacement copy for a $20 fee. Please Contact Us to submit a request. Once we verify that you have taken the class & when, we will send a copy of the class handouts. If you’re requesting handouts for a class you have not yet taken or for a class you took more than 1 year ago, you can purchase our most current and up to date Class Handouts.
Private Lesson / Phone Consult Payment & Cancellation Policy
Private Lessons (at your location or the teachers’ location) must be booked a minimum of 1-2 weeks in advance to reserve your date and time. This allows the teacher time to prepare, research, and gather any necessary materials. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at booking (with credit card or PayPal). The final payment is due no less than 5 days before the session. If you cannot attend (for any reason), call us at 510-234-5700. Rescheduling is subject to availability & may incur a rescheduling fee. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice and you have paid in full, we will refund 50% of your total fee. If you have not paid the balance in full (only the 50% non-refundable deposit), you forfeit your deposit. We do not offer any refunds or credit if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice. Phone Consults with Nova Teachers can be booked at any time, based on teacher availability. They can be done over the phone or on video via Skype or another similar service. The entire fee is due at time of booking (with credit card or PayPal). If, for any reason, you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, Contact Us. Rescheduling is subject to availability & will incur a $20 rescheduling fee. If you cancel (without rescheduling) with more than 48 hours’ notice, we’ll refund 50% of your payment. Return / Refund Policy
- CLASS HANDOUTS: You are granted instant access as soon as your transaction is complete (download links can be found on your My Account page – simply open the files & save them to your computer and you will have access to them forever). Since this is a digital product that you cannot return, we have a no refund policy.
- VIDEO eCLASSES: Since you are granted full access instantly at the time of purchase, there are no refunds, exchanges or credits.
- MISC: For hard or paperback books all sales are final. For questions regarding Soapmaker Software or National Shrinkwrap Systems, please contact the companies directly.
