Internship Program

Interested in helping out at The Nova Studio?
Barter your time for class credit through our Intern Program. There are many opportunities to help, be in a creative environment, and meet like-minded individuals. Duties might include:

~Designing window displays
~Making labels and signs
~Trimming, packaging, and labeling soap
~Preparing the Studio for classes
~Checking-in supply orders
~Post office runs
~Dishes, sweeping, and other cleaning
~Maintaining the planter boxes out front
~Outlook database entry
~Organizing files and/or supplies & more

We are looking for honest, trustworthy, dependable, reliable, friendly, detail-oriented, hardworking, customer service oriented individuals who are quick to learn new things with a positive attitude.

Interns receive barter credit for classes at a rate of $10/hour to apply toward class fees only (materials fees are due in cash to the teacher on class day). For example, if you work an 8-hour shift, you'll earn $80 towards a class of your choice, with any teacher. Sounds like a pretty sweet deal, right?
