It's all about you - a customer appreciation day - to say THANK YOU for helping us reach the 8-year milestone. This day will be packed with demos, door prizes, free make & take projects, optional soap swap, networking with other product makers, snacks, drinks & more. Also, during the party, all supplies will be on sale for 5% off. Open invitation to those who have been coming to The Nova Studio for years or those who have yet to experience what we have to offer. Bring a friend. We hope to see you there!

PARTICIPATE IN THE SOAP SWAP!
If you've never done a swap before, you are in for a real treat! A SWAP is a great way to get your product out there and see what other people are doing at the same time. The SWAP category is SOAP (cold process, hot process or melt & pour). Please try to make your soap as natural as possible (ex. choose essential oils over fragrance oils, etc.) so the products in the swap will be able to be used by everyone. Each swap will have a maximum of 10 people. If we get a large number of participants, we'll have several 10 person swaps. Since the party is less than 6 weeks away, if your soap isn't cured include a note when it will be ready to use.
HOW DO YOU JOIN ? Simply contact us at email(at)thenovastudio.com & let us know your name & phone #, and what you are bringing. Bring 10 of your chosen product (full size bar preferred) & a typed 8.5x11 recipe sheet (10 copies). Then show up to the anniversary party at 1pm & we'll display your handmade/crafted soaps for all to ooh & ah. At the end of the party (4pm) or when you are leaving, you'll grab a box filled with one of each soap to take home along with the recipe sheets. Very simple & tons of fun - trust me - you'll love it!

CLEAN THE WORLD SOAP COLLECTION
If you've never heard of Clean the World, we're so proud to be able to introduce them to you. They're the coolest charity out there. They collect old chips & ends of soap, cleanse & sterilize them using a special process, & then ship it off to people who need soap for basic survival. Clean the World works closely with hotels and soapmakers and we love what they are doing.
Do you have some soap slivers from your most recent beveling, ends of logs that aren't suitable for selling, or almost-gone bars that aren't worth keeping? Gather them up & bring them to the studio on September 3 & we'll put it all in one big box & ship them to Clean the World for you! Could we make it any easier?
